   Made a 7:00pm reservation a little after 6:00pm on Saturday 3-22-25. Arrived at the location at 6:45pm and we were sat at our table by 6:55pm. The service was very prompt and our server (Rebecca) was very attentive our needs and very pleasant to interact with. We were eating around 7:30pm which was the time I was hoping to begin having dinner. I had the NY Strip and my wife had the Prime Rib. All in all it was a great time and the staff was very courteous.

   It was my birthday! I made the reservation a week ago. When we arrived just prior to our reservation the desk clerk was on the phone with a guest. She didn’t acknowledge us, and was by herself. When she completed the call she asked if we had a reservation. I said yes. 6:45 and she looked and said there was no reservation. She said it would be 10 minutes. I asked my husband to show her the confirmation. He did. All of a sudden she was seating us! Never apologized or said anything. Luckily we had a great waitress and our dinner was delicious!

   We came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and honestly, the only good thing about this visit was the service. The staff was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We used to be regulars because my mom loved their prime rib, but I stopped coming after noticing the food quality going downhill. This visit confirmed that decision. The prime rib and lobster were completely bland, the hamburger patty was overcooked and way too salty, and the cheese was burnt. I ordered a salad, which was just okay—nothing special. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had here, and I don’t plan on coming back. I’ll also be convincing my mom to find a new spot for prime rib because this place just isn’t worth it anymore.
