   I understand how busy it is on Saturday dinner time, but at least they meed to try. We had a prior reservation, we got seated 20 minutes after our reservation which is still acceptable. When we got to our table, the seats were wet and so did the table. We had to wipe our clothes because seat was wet. Our sleeves got wet because they did not bother to dry the table after they cleaned it. Worst Black Angus I’ve ever been. I will not go back to that location

   General Manager is a very weak one. Had issues with food, ha thanked me for letting me know. Walked away with my issued item and never replaced it or came back.

   The food was good, we were craving steak. It was cooked perfectly. The Campfire Feast is a bargain and has ample food. So much we had to take some home. We have been to this location previously and on Fridays they had live music. We were sad to learn that they no longer have live music on Fridays. It was a great feature. So now it's more quiet. We will return to Black Angus for the good food, just not as often since the ambience is more subdued.

   It’s been a while since I dined at a Black Angus. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The complimentary bread was soooo light, fluffy, and delicious. My mocktail was filled with fresh berries and the size was humongous. The main course was well seasoned and tasty. The server was friendly and efficient. Will be coming back soon.

   We always enjoy eating at Black Angus but yesterday we had problems with the bill. I told the waitress that I was a member there and had a free streak award that I wanted to use before it expired. When I got the bill I was charged full price. She corrected it after I showed her the discrepancy. When I got home I looked at the bill and noticed that the dozen shrimp add-on for $6.99 as advertised at the front desk was charged the full price at $9.99.
