Organised every year by the industry-leading Restaurant magazine, The National Restaurant Awards are a celebration of the prestige and vibrancy of the UK’s dining scene. They serve to reward the very best chefs, front-of-house staff, restaurateurs and operators that the country has to offer.
After a captivating ceremony at Magazine London, the UK’s top 100 restaurants were announced, along with a host of special awards.
These awards are the result of votes from an elite judging academy of over 200 industry experts, including chefs, restaurateurs and food writers. Academy members cast their votes for the top seven restaurants they’ve dined at over the past 12 months, with the UK divided into 11 regions. Results are meticulously analysed to create the top 100 list.
