These are the Top 50 Fit for Foodies restaurants in the UK

We are excited to reveal the 2018 Top 50 Fit for Foodies restaurants in the UK. This annual list reflects the combined opinions of more than 730,000 reviews submitted by verified OpenTable diners.

This year saw a growing number of restaurants from outside London take the leading spots in the top ten list. The Chef’s Table in Chester once again beat stiff competition to take the top spot, followed by The Black Rat in Hampshire and Number 16 in Glasgow.

The Chef’s Table team, including chef Liam McKay and co-owners Tom Hughes and Katie McLachlan, received their award at Restaurant Magazine’s National Restaurant Awards ceremony on June 11th.

The Top 10 Fit for Foodies honourees, in order are:

2. The Black Rat, Hampshire
3. Number 16 Restaurant, Glasgow
4. Peace and Loaf Restaurant, Newcastle
5. Forage & Chatter, Edinburgh
6. Food For Friends, Brighton
7. Pidgin, London
8. Trinity, Cambridge
9. Mere, London
10. The Chesil Rectory, Hampshire
