Organised by the industry-leading Restaurant Magazine, The Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards are a celebration of the brilliance and vibrancy of the UK’s dining scene. They serve to reward the very best chefs, front-of-house staff, and restaurants that the country has to offer.
The awards took place at the prestigious Hurlingham Club in London, where the UK’s top 100 restaurants were announced, along with a host of special awards.
These awards are the result of votes from an elite judging academy of over 200 industry experts, including chefs, restaurateurs and food writers. Academy members cast their votes for the top seven restaurants they’ve dined at over the past 12 months, with the UK divided into 11 regions. Results are meticulously analysed to create the top 100 list.
