Festa Italiana, Manchester – 23-25th June

Hosted by Manchester’s Italian community, this free festival celebrates the food of Italy with live cookery demos, pasta making workshops, and an authentic Italian produce market. Come hungry and try fresh pasta dishes, porchetta, gelato, and a 50-metre pizza made by the team from Salvi’s. As the sun sets, you can embrace la dolce vita with a few drinks at the dedicated Aperol spritz, Prosecco and limoncello bars.

Northampton Sausage & Cider Festival – 24-25th June

There’s no better way to spend a summer day than soaking up the sun, listening to live music, and sampling over 30 ice-cold  ciders. Food stalls will be selling a variety of delicious sausages, from artisan hot dogs to Polish kielbasa, Boerewors, and cheese and chorizo griddled toasties. There’s plenty for kids to enjoy too, including a giant slide, inflatable obstacle course, and a free circus.
