Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

Food is always consistently good. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They even saved our preferences from our prior visit. Kenneth our waiter was friendly and on point and Jeanine the manager is great!

We enjoyed the delicious short ribs and tuna tartare while sitting at the bar. Rebishka (sp?) and the bar team were great. Definitely will visit again.

Never had Dover Sole this delicious! We ordered it on two separate occasions. Our servers both times werr outstanding.

The special steak was sold out @ 7:15 Why? The replacement was fair! Salad came out same time of entree Ask for ice never was given. Fish Bronzino was very thin and narrow barely worth the cost. Last visit was wonderful so disappointed with our return dinner.

Had a great experience at BLT Aruba. Ended up going twice during our vacation. We had several dishes, I loved the grilled tuna, and the truffle Mac was to die for. My boyfriend splurged and got the porter house and was very pleased with his decision. Jesus, our server, was extremely attentive, friendly and mindful of my boyfriends allergens. Whenever they brought out food they would separate what he was not able to eat, and they even had gluten free bread which was amazing to see. Would definitely recommend as the food was amazing and the service was excellent.

Happy we tried this restaurant. Went for the Ribeye but it was not available. Very good alternative though.
