Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME,FIRST SERVE". BLT food is just ok. Not worth the price or trip. Typical steak place in a vacation spot. Side portions are expensive and small. Nice place and service was good though.

My girlfriend and I have been to Aruba three times. Went to Ruth Chris and L G Smith steak houses the other times. By far this had the best food and the best atmosphere out of all of them. Our server Carlos was wonderful and the GM, Ray came over to make sure we were having a nice time and that the food was prepared well. Will absolutely go back again

Was really looking forward to dinner as it was our last night, but kind of a let down. Service was way too quick. Our entrees came out as my husband was just finishing his salad. Definitely need to give more time between courses to relax and take things in. Caesar salad should have been on a chilled plate and wanted cracked black pepper, but wasn’t offered. NY Strip special was excellent, but my filet was too charred on the outside and didn’t quite have that melting experience when you cut it. Definitely needed to be seasoned more, just salt and pepper works. Service was so quick that my husband didn’t even have time to order a second glass of wine. Waitstaff was great. Overall not worth the price we paid for a high end steak house. Been to many and was expecting more from the food and experience.
