Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

This is a perfect date night with a group of couples or solo. The staff is so attentive to you, you feel like you're the only one in the restaurant. The only downside is you must be very hungry to eat here! We downsized our steak - which was cooked perfectly to make room for the other things. Corn is to die for, excited that they gave out the popover recipe! Run don't walk!

Everything was excellent! Popovers, A5 wagyu , bone in Ribeye, and Dover sole… skip the sides .. the crepe soufflé dessert was large and Outstanding!

BLT food is just ok. Not worth the price or trip. Typical steak place in a vacation spot. Side portions are expensive and small. Nice place and service was good though.
