Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

First class in every aspect from the time you arrive to when you leave, One of our favorite restaurants in Aruba. We actually prefer eating in the lounge area it seems less noisy when the other areas are crowded. Ambience is perfect! The casino at the Ritz is the best. I highly recommend BLT for an overall fabulous experience!

Wow!!! Food excellent. Service amazing. Jesus was the best server ever. We are staying st the St. Regis where good service is non-existent so being able to go to BLT and experience phenomenal experience was amazing!!! Thank you

Always a great experience at BLT. Wonderful staff and especially great to see Luisa at the bar who has become a true friend. We had the Dover sole and the filet which were amazing.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with my daughter. Appetizer of Scallops was great followed by Filet Mignon that was splendid. Top it off with Baked Alaska and a Cappucino and all was right in my world!
