Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

I'll start by saying new location with added new reasons to continue to come back to this establishment! We absolutely loved the new location and the upgraded features! Service was top tier as usual. I don't know what type of magic is going on in that kitchen, but we're definitely coming back to try ALL the new items on the menu! On another note, the new addition of a full bar with large flat screen televisions is a for sure reason this place will always be hot and popping on the scene! It's been a long time since I've tasted an original Old Fashioned, and it was fixed to perfection! Great job and love the new look! #BlueCollar P.S. - You just have to try the Jalapeño Cornbread!

We used to live close by and went often — the best joint around. Now we make the 40 minute drive because it’s that good. Best food, best service, best manager. Give everyone a raise honestly.

Fabulous conch fritters! Went for happy hour then had dinner. My friend chose the Griot. I tasted some. Fantastically seasoned and moist. I ordered the veggie plate. Excellent all around. Planning to go back for lunch/brunch. 🥰
