   Above and beyond. Server and Rachael manager really were looking out for best interest of guest and the guest experience. This is why we choose to dine here time and time again!! The quite simply “get it” and get it done well!!

   We visited this restaurant last year, and it was fabulous. However, this year, the food just was honestly, not good. The oysters on the half shell were fine, the service was good, the drinks were very good, but the king crab legs, grouper, and halibut were just terribly overcooked. After sending crab legs back, they replaced them with a grouper that was a very poor cut, and also overdone. It was so disappointing because last year the food was excellent. Not at all worth the price of the entrée dishes.

   Professional restauranters are running this restaurant. This is old school service. Front end staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Managers are attentive. Bartender is a pro. Our apps (we had 4 I'm embarrassed to admit) were excellent. The crab app and the mushroom gnocchi app (available in bar) were outstanding. My entre (grouper) was very salty but I will give that a pass because everything else was excellent. If you are seeking an old school fine dining experience with knowledgeable and personable wait staff in Cleveland, it is basically down to Johnny's on Fulton and Blue Point. I put this place on a level with several first rate restaurants in Manhattan and Washington D.C.

   The atmosphere was fine with a bright, open, beautiful interior. Tables are close, but it didn't feel uncomfortable or that we lacked privacy. The service was fantastic! Our server was knowledgeable and very attentive. Food and drinks were exactly as ordered, and we never felt rushed. It was our anniversary (which was only mentioned during the reservation), which they made sure to mention and celebrate. Our table ordered the Wagyu Meatballs and Blue Point Oysters for appetizers. Both were excellent. For main dishes, I had the Blue Pointe Heaven (lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, asparagus, mashed potatoes) - my wife had the salmon with cous cous. Both our dishes were good, although for the price it lacked a certain wow factor or elevation that I expected. The other couple that we were seated with had the filet and the crab cakes dishes, which they both said were very good. The staff were very kind and gave my wife and I a complimentary crème brulee, which was delicious. Overall, our experience was very good. We can't afford to dine out often, but for a once a year special occasion, it was well worth coming to Blue Point.

   Wonderful evening out! Celebrating my husbands birthday weekend - we had a lovely table right by the window overlooking the city. Our hostess welcomed us and our server was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious!! I am so happy we made the choice to dine at Blue Point Grill! Looking forward to a return visit soon!

   It was just the right venue for our meeting. The central location and the menu variety accommodated each attendees preferences. The Chef beautifully modified one of the guest's meals in order to compensate for a food allergy. Blue Point Grille is definitely a location we will be visiting again in the future.

    Food was excellent. Very well prepared and presentation was very nice. Everyone was very pleased with their food. Service was very good, quick and professional. Would highly recommend this place for all occasions.
