                                                                                            We go here every year during the holidays because the hotel is so beautifully decorated. The food is plentiful and everything is delicious. Our table of six had at least four different very attentive staff members making sure our experience was enjoyable.

                                                                                            As pescatarian/vegetarians, my wife and I often feel limited by buffet choices and menu items, but not at the Blue Ridge. The variety and the quality were exceptional. The seafood salad is special favorite of mine, as are the sherry mushrooms.

                                                                                            Very nice buffet. Many great aspects. ie. Shrimp and crab-leg cocktail. Bananas Foster made fresh. Composed salads…and so on. What disappointed me was that I paid $60 per person, on Prime Rib night, to receive small shaved portions of roasted meat. Was it Rob loin? Im not sure. It may as well have been sirloin roast. But it was a great meal otherwise. )Im eating a carnivore diet, so that was my main draw, and disappointment.) Id gladly accept a gift card to return!

                                                                                            Blue Ridge is consistently excellent! The food last night was absolutely delicious with the pork loin with apple chutney being a standout. The salad station was fresh and well stocked, the soups were heavenly, and the dessert bar was amazing with the mousse cups and bread pudding causing us to go back for seconds. The Grove Park Inn is full of history and is fun to walk around and explore, the views of the mountains are spectacular, during Christmas the decorations are festive, and the fireplaces are so cozy. So when you go for dinner, it’s not just a meal but also an experience. I take everyone that comes to visit us in Asheville. It was another delightful evening.

This was our first time and we took our family for Christmas evening. Everyone wants to go back next year! Shoutout to our server, Keisha, who was outstanding and very sweet.
