                                                                                                  Tracy, thank you for the business and taking time to write regarding your visit. The steakhouse had near four hundred guests on Saturday night and this is the first we've heard of a bad steak going out to a guest. Did you mention this to your server? We would have happily replaced your steak with a different steak. I'm reading numerous reviews this morning stating some they had the best steaks ever. I'm sorry we were not able to replace yours.

We were there to celebrate my husband’s retirement and watched as the manager visited every table in the area except ours. Not even to ask if we were enjoying our meal. Guess we’ll go to capital grille for our anniversary celebration in June

That is a little weird, the management team visited over sixty tables with special events. We had near four hundred guests on Saturday night. The entire management team makes an effort to visit all special events. I do not know how your table was overlooked. Our apologies.

                                                                                                  Bob's Steak & Chop House was superb. We can't say enough great things about the service, food quality to value, and the ambiance. We were celebrating our twentieth anniversary and they somehow all knew it. I'm a disabled veteran with a rare neurological disease that currently has me in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. The only thing is that it was a bit loud. However, it did not hinder our enjoyment of the occasion.
