   It’s a beautiful, lively, restaurant, but I must say the food was nowhere near worth the price. For a restaurant that has “award winning steak and seafood” it just missed the mark completely. I ordered a 12oz Ribeye, medium, and my girlfriend ordered the 12oz New York strip, medium as well, and both came out cooked perfectly. However, once you get down to eating said steak, you immediately realize why the restaurant promotes all of the “additions ” you can get on top/with your steak. It was the most “meat” tasting steak, that was both bland and chewy. Almost like something you can cook at home on your black and decker grill. The sides were good and the bread was alright. Service was excellent, atmosphere was beautiful, but the food was just mid. If your a tourist or maybe someone who just wants to eat at a “fancy” restaurant, then this place is for you. If you’re someone looking for a great meal that is worth paying for, then this is not it.

   We loved our experience at this restaurant, our friends all had a wonderful time, food was 10/10 amazing the drinks were also so good! We will be back again!! The staff was amazing!

   After a very short week, time of only 10 minutes before we reset our table and placed our food orders. Little things added up that went very wrong with Valentine’s Day dinner for the four of us. Many things are missing from the menu and unavailable. The macaroni and cheese was terrible and tasted like it came out of a box. Service was amazing the waiter being the only part of the night that was truly fabulous.

   We sat in the back dining room on the 2nd floor. The front dining room is the fanciest. But both are beautiful. The waitstaff was very attentive. Perfect steak. The sea bass was very thick and not quite what I expected. But it was good. Would get the snapper next time. Delicious, hot sides (scalloped potatoes, broccoli), interesting house salad! The food is very filling. We didn't even have room for dessert! Next time we'll just get one side for the table and save room for dessert. Afterwards we came down to the first floor and listened to the amazing jazz combo for another hour. The bar downstairs does have a small food menu. So if you're just coming for the music, you might sit downstairs for a different experience. We will do that next time. The music is AWESOME.

   Perfect Valentine’s Day experience. Every aspect was top notch; the bar, service, food and atmosphere. Our server Danny was excellent, a perfect host. The staff made our evening very memorable.

    My wife and I flew in from Dallas for a convention. After arriving and getting to the hotel, we went right away to one of our favorite restaurants, Bohanan’s. We walked to the restaurant from our hotel. We arrived a little early and were pleased that our table was already ready. To our pleasant surprise, we got what I would consider “prime seating”. Trust me, we are not “prime seating” people. The table was lovely and we were in a quiet area of the restaurant. Our drinks were excellent and well crafted. After a litany of options were offered, we ordered an outstanding meal. The food was so very good. The service was top notch. The vibe, sophisticated and refined. We look forward to returning during our next trip to San Antonio.
