Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    We usually visit Bolero around 5 PM on Saturdays, so Monday at 8:45 was an unusual time for us. Still, the food, the service, and the environment were great as usual! Thank you, Tim and the whole team for keeping such a great place running! Happy Holiday season to everyone!

    As has been in previous visits, service was impeccable, good buffet selection and the Brazilian BBQ Meats were delicious. We'll definitely come back again on a special occasion.

    We are not here as much as we'd like, but as always we love the times we can come. The service is beyond great. Our main server was funny,quick and a delight to have. We've had him a few times and always are happy
