   I'm just going to say, IMHO, they are the best steakhouse in Miami. We tried the porterhouse, strip and sirloin- all aged to perfection. Great ambiance, great service. The Somm, Craig is super helpful and knowledgeable - trust his wine-pairing recommendations. A must go.

   Wonderful experience, service was great and attentive, food was delicious and incredible wine service from the entire team and staff including Sommelier, Mauricio, who provided outstanding recommendations and found an older vintage 2006 that was amazing. Bartenders at the bar outstanding also for pre or post dinner drinks!

   I am not one to write a bad review for a restaurant. I will only take the time to write good ones. This, however, deserves one of the worst reviews. It was so loud, to the point where my ears are still ringing an hour after leaving. I’ve never experienced a restaurant this loud before. They label themselves as upscale, but this is anything but. The server we originally had read the menu to us top to bottom, then asked us if we were ready. I was not, and the server walked away and another server came to take care of us. I ordered a diet pepsi and waited 20 minutes for it. I never got the diet pepsi, a zero sugar pepsi was dropped on the table with nothing said. I said “Can i please have __ sauce” and was interrupted by my server and they said “YOU MAY HAVE” and corrected my grammar. The filet i ordered came medium rare, I asked for it medium well. it was bloody. The sides were cold and could barely chew through the brocollini. The server, I believe his name was Michael, never came back to check on us, but checked on the table to the left of us 4 times since our food was dropped. I didn’t get to send my steak back. $376 for 3 people and they give bad service because gratuity is added already. I would NEVER spend my hard earned money here, and I have dined at many “upscale” places. This is a terrible choice. I’m glad it was a company meal. Corsair next door was 10000% better and cheaper.

   good food but very very expensive - $20 for a small side dish of mashed potatoes and $5 for the sauce for the meat is really excessive - the meat $66 is served alone without any side dishes!

    Here’s an updated review incorporating your additional thoughts: My recent experience at Bourbon Steak on November 8 was a letdown, particularly given the restaurant’s reputation and premium pricing. I arrived early for my 8:30pm reservation but wasn’t seated until 8:50pm, which was a frustrating start to the evening. The server, to his credit, did his best to make our experience as positive as possible, showing genuine effort and attentiveness. However, it’s clear that the overall guest experience falls on leadership, not solely on the server. I ordered the shrimp, which arrived with a sour, spoiled smell. When I pointed this out, the server explained, “That’s how it’s cooked,” which was surprising. A second attempt was brought out, but it still smelled of strong ammonia, confirming something was off. My friend ordered her lamb medium, but it was served rare, further adding to the disappointment. Eventually, someone came to our table claiming to be a manager, but he simply repeated what the server had said, offered no resolution, and did not display the professionalism I’d expect from management at a high-end establishment. Curious about who was actually in charge, I asked the server about the manager’s identity and was told it was the man in a suit, engaging with patrons at the bar. Without any further prompting, he soon came to our table, introducing himself as the general manager. He asked about my experience, seemed to listen, and asked about the person who initially approached me, but then he left without following up or offering any resolution. While our server did his utmost to make the evening pleasant, leadership should ensure every patron receives the same level of care—not just those they know or deem to be their target clientele. For the price point at Bourbon Steak, I expected a far more attentive, accountable experience from management.
