   I would absolutely come here again & again. Fantastic food & service, they recognized my wife's birthday with a beautiful desert platter, and I can't say enough about the great service by Craig the somm. A pleasure to discuss wine with him.

   it is our favorite restaurant for last more then 10 years!!!! and yesterday for the first we were so disappointed with the service and food quality!!!

   Service was extremely slow. 20 minutes between Appetizer taken to Appetizers being served and approximately that long for dinner to be plated and served after order taken. Waiter was attentive and apologetic after I approached him to please speed up the service.

   Primer punto. Mi reservación era a las 8:30 y me terminaron dando la mesa a las nueve de la noche. Segundo. Punto. Al principio, la mesera poco amable, aunque tengo que reconocer que después de la mitad de la cena y al final fue muy amable, pero al principio muy malo servicio. He ido en varias ocasiones y siempre me ha ido excepcional, no entiendo qué pasó ese día, y además festejamos el cumpleaños de mi esposa. No sé si porque vio que no hablábamos bien inglés, nos trató de manera distinta, incluso podríamos decir un poco denigrante. Pero insisto, al final fue muy amable.

   This was our 4th visit to Bourbon Steak and as always the food didn’t disappoint, from appetizers, to entrees and dessert all were delicious. This visit though, we felt the service was not at the level of our previous visits. Water glasses not being filled, table not cleared timely between courses, etc. it was quite busy last night, more so than our prior visits and this may have certainly contributed We still love the place and will return after the holidays craziness.

   Wir haben eine sehr differenzierte Meinung zu diesem Lokal. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen, weil der Geräuschpegel das eigentlich wirklich tolle Erlebnis dort zu sein zerstört hat. Der Empfang war herzlich, der Service war exzellent. Das Essen war wirklich großartig. Aber am Ende waren wir froh, das Lokal verlassen zu können, weil der Lärm überhand genommen hat

   Restaurant was so loud the waiter couldn’t hear the orders given and tables were entirely too close together. Wait staff constantly bumping into each other and to our table as well. Food was good but overall a very hectic experience. We’ve dined at the Nashville location several times and it was superb. Completely different situation at this location. Also we had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time, which was made a month in advance. Won’t be back.
