Located in the famous JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami is Michael Mina's modern twist on the classic, American steakhouse. One of South Florida's favorite steakhouses, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami offers contemporary American fare with a focus on prime cuts of all natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world. As a friendly reminder to our guest, we offer a discounted rate for valet parking at $16 per vehicle. You will be validated once you check in for your reservation at the restaurant.

Please note: Grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation. Reservations of 6 or more will require a credit card hold. Very overpriced for what we got. The steak was raw. We asked for medium. Sure they fixed it but it defeats the point of going to a high end restaurant. You sit waiting. It was so loud the waiter didn’t hear requests for pepper on the Wedge salad. Or the request for Diet Pepsi. We had to ask twice. Seems small but for $300 for two people you would expect the highest level of quality, service and attention to detail. Finally, when I mentioned all of this to the room Captain (I think that was his role) he just nodded, acknowledged nothing and offered nothing. Disappointing. I won’t go back. I’m here for business and would stay away from the restaurant. A simple acknowledgment and gesture would have gone a long way.

All really good it’s just a bit too noisy and the tables are too close together. Staff were really good and professional and we enjoyed the experience.
