   We had a fabulous night out at Bowman’s tavern. The live music added to the joy of being with good friends and eating delicious food! We will go back!

   We’ve been going to Bowman’s Tavern for many years because it’s halfway between where my parents live and where I live. I’ve never understood why they have valet parking. We’ve only been at lunchtime so maybe it’s more convenient for dinner time. I would prefer no valet parking. There’s a parking lot very close to the restaurant so it doesn’t seem necessary. Beth was our server. She was friendly and helpful. We had the Bowman’s Burger, cheese steak, and sliced roast beef sandwich. The sliced roast beef sandwich had the best bread. For dessert, we had the brownie as well as churros which were on the special menu for today. Everything was delicious.

   Bowman's Tavern has been a favorite of ours for close to twenty years. The food and portions are hearty and tasty. The dry rub on the wings is so good, and comfort food like meatloaf, ribs, and steaks is always delicious. I can never leave without a piece of cheesecake, lol!

   First time here but will definitely be back. We unexpectedly got placed in a semi-private room at the back. We had 5 of us but the table would have sat 8 comfortably and 12 if you didn't mind being snug. Drinks were very good and all the food we ordered was tasty and well-portioned. Service was attentive and friendly.

   Food and atmosphere was great. I would have given 5 stars but service could’ve been better. Server took our order and never came back to check to see how everything was or if we needed another drink until we were finished eating. She was sweet but not attentive.

   The food was good. It was very dark in the back dining area with a very bright light above the booth which we didn't care for. Also I didn't know you had to valet park and I had no cash to tip the guys!
