   1:00 reservation was not ready until nearly 1:30. The manager was apologetic and mentioned the party before us had stayed longer than anticipated (nearly 2.5 hours). Once seated, the manager nicely mentioned she hopes everyone saves room for a "special dessert" she was going to give us due to our extended (and unusually long) wait to be seated. We never saw the manager again after that and the overall service was still extremely slow. It appears the focus of the staff was on the bar area due to a St. Patrick's Day special going on at the same time. We have been to Brick several times and this was our first experience like this. Although the staff was apologetic, the entire experience took way longer than expected and I wish the manager would have followed up with the free dessert like she said she was going to.

   Our server, Sidney, was kind, efficient, and thoughtful. The food was delicious (although the egg on the breakfast pizza was slightly undercooked). The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, and my husband and I had a very enjoyable brunch date. We will definitely be back!

   Keira R. was our Server and did a fantastic job! She was polite, quick and checked on us often. Also, Gwen M. helped us find something that was lost. Really went above and beyond and much appreciated! Thank you both! We’ll be back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Our food and service were fantastic. It was a meeting / brunch for my hairdressing team from Jacqueline Morgan. It was a perfect choice. Thank you so much we had Sydney ( spelling) and she was fantastic

   Brunch was AMAZING!! The food items were so fresh and delicious. The blueberry muffin is to die for. Ian, our server, was fun and efficient. We’d come back just because of him! But we will definitely be back for more of the amazing food. Thank you!

   The worst food I have had In a local restaurant. Every meal was overrated to the point of being inedible. The fries were all so salty that nobody could eat them and two of the party could not eat the smash burgers because they also were so salty The pizza was swimming in oil. Poor value for one Won't go back.

   The girls love to make their own pizza. It is fun for them. The kids meal comes with ice cream which is a bonus. The meatballs were very good, so were the fries. We enjoy going there.

    Our Valentine's Day experience at Brick Wood-Fired Bistro was a perfect blend of culinary excellence and romantic vibes. The evening’s special menu was as sophisticated and thoughtful as it was delicious. Staff was very friendly and well versed on each new offering. The cocktail selections were immaculate: Brick’s bar staff is top notch. We had a wonderful experience at Brick and Highly recommend this restaurant for a creative and delicious evening out.
