   We had a wonderful experience at Bristol on Christmas! Yes, it was packed and it took a bit a bit to be seated. We were told they had 500 reservations! Yes, the entrees took about an hour to be served, but that was to expected. Our waitress was divine...telling us right away that entrees were taking a long time to come out of the kitchen. Her initials are AJ D. She checked in often and kept us happy. I always think the best servers keep patrons aware of delays, etc. Our food was delicious from our first course of soup, shrimp gumbo for my DH and their lobster bisque for me. DH had the lamb for his entree and pronounced it perfect. I had the 6oz filet mignon which was also perfect. We loved our sides as well. The prix fixed menu included dessert. The carrot cake and DH had the chocolate dessert. We left very happy! Im so very grateful that Bristol was open Christmas Day. Very few places are open, but where would we go for a nice experience and meal if Bristol was closed as most were? Thank you Bristol for being open, thank you for taking reservations and thank you for a lovely experience!

   We went to the Christmas Day dinner at Bristol’s now for the last 3 years. This year was a bit less stellar than usual, which is disappointing. Last year they had a few more seafood options which is what I was hoping for this year. I don’t typically go to a seafood restaurant and get beef. Our meal was just shy of 3 hours long; and it was over an over before our soup/salad course came out. I know the holidays are busy, but this is the first year with such delays. Also our service was just okay. Normally we are accustomed to amazing service at Bristol’s, so again, a letdown. I may come back next year, or I might venture to another upscale restaurant that had a Christmas Day offering.

   Excellent lunch experience. My party consisted of 6 adults and a child. We all enjoyed our meals immensely. Our server was Melissa, and she was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

   Seafood as always is excellent - never had a bad meal here. However the service was substandard. 4 people, took 2 times to bring out all drinks over 10 minutes. Took over 2 hours to have drinks and entree - no appetizers or desserts. Busboy stood around, never saw him do anything. Waiter Calvin seemed busy but friendly - timing may may have been a management, bar and/or kitchen problem. One other concern - don't like being asked by the waiter 1) to shake hands, a hygiene problem or 2) being asked to leave a 5 star review. Would recommend coming here for the food but be aware of service issues. Have had minor ones in the past but never this slow

   Outstanding Sunday Brunch. Last brunch here was just before Covid shutdown. Sooo glad that Bristol’s decided to do it again. Certainly more food than most should eat@ one sitting.Everything was delicious and omelets to order were super. Recommend this as the place to go for a special occasion and especially Brunch.

   We dined earlyish (6 pm) on a Saturday night when things were still pretty low-key. Our server (Bradley) was outstanding. Patient and understanding while we figured out what to order. Efficient and thoughtful handling everything else. The meal was outstanding and our guests each truly enjoyed two different selections from the fresh fish options that evening. Bristol continues to be rock solid when you want to treat yourself to great food and great service.

   Wonderful dinner at Bristol. The $53 three-course meal is an amazing deal. Delicious lobster bisque, Mahi-mahi and Apple strudel. My server Joan was just phenomenal. So glad that Bristol is still here after all these years.

    We’re from out of town and looking for a last minute place for dinner. Got online, got the reservation, didn’t have to wait at all and the food and service was excellent!
