I have pleasure in offering you a unique, fine dining experience here in The Highlands at Cafe1, Inverness.

We take great pride in sourcing local ingredients - some produced by ourselves from our own Croft!

Our open plan kitchen turns quality Scottish produce into appealing modern dishes.

We are a restaurant that moves with the times.

All tables are re-booked 2 hours later.

Cancellation policy.
No shows will be charged at £20 per person Monday - Thursday £40 per person Friday & Saturdays.
Cancellations within 5 hrs of dining will be charged £15 per person with the restaurants discretion.

We had an absolutely wonderful meal at this establishment. The food is of a very high standard, and the staff are fantastic. cafe 1 never seems to disappoint.

Made very welcome by staff who were mostly young but very efficient and easy to speak to. Food first class. A bit noisy but to be fair it was very busy.

We saw this restaurant on Bizarre Foods and made a reservation. Not what we expected but, the service was great and the food was good as well. Not much to look at from the outside but the inside was cute.

I’m a regular customer and can’t rate the staff high enough. Lynne is very attentive and professional and even remembered me from last visit. The younger staff are all professional and excellent at their jobs. A credit to your business Even a nice smile for the kitchen staff now and a again was lovely… especially under high pressure
