Cafe Luxembourg is offering reservations for indoor dining. Walk-Ins are welcome. Our Outdoor Cafe is complete with rain-proof awnings, fans, and electric heaters for your comfort. *Per the rules and regulations of the DINING OUT NYC Program, Outdoor Seating will be limited beginning 11.01.24. Weather permitting, outdoor tables will be first-come, first-served.

Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. If you are not present at the time of your reservation, we will offer the table to waiting guests. If you are running late or wish to cancel, please call us at 212-873-7411. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Cafe Luxembourg has newly installed Merv13 filters, installed in all ducts. The filters trap 98% of airborne particles as small as .3 microns The air is not recycled but forced fresh air.

                                                                                        After a brief kerfluffle about initially being asked to take a table by the service station—literally the worst table in the entire restaurant, and then being reseated to a lovely table for two, the meal proceeded without fault. Had the frisée salad and the lobster risotto, wonderful! My husband also enjoyed his meal. Lovely and great service.

                                                                                        I very much enjoy dining at Cafe Lux. The atmosphere is like that of a busy upscale Parisian Cafe. The food, from delicious omelets, beef or tuna burgers, today tender and flavorful flank steak frites, vegetarian selections, all are expertly prepared and graciously served. The staff, from reception to servers, is excellent. Make reservations for almost any day or time as Cafe Lux is very popular.

                                                                                        Our server was OUTSTANDING and the food was delicious. It is always a pleasure to meet friends at Cafe Luxembourg. One of the few nice restaurants in the city where the waitstaff are genuinely pleasant, kind, and warm.

                                                                                        Had the dinner special entre of the ravioli and it was absolutely delicious. Exquisitely done! The ice cream flavor of the day was also amazing, really nice texture (sour cherry and chocolate chip)

                                                                                        Today the food was, as always, delicious. I had the frisée salad and a side of fries. My friend had mussels with frites. But I want to write about the great staff. EVERY person I encountered - from the maitres’d to our waiter to the support staff - was bright and cheerful and extraordinarily helpful. How can you not love a neighborhood restaurant like Cafe Luxembourg?
