   Great experience and always great food. Extra charges were unexpected but no tip balances it out. We tipped anyway because service was great.

   I was very disappointed in that there wasn’t any fresh vegetables or fruit on the buffet. The dinning room layout looked like a Chinese buffet, not a $137 PP dining experience. Good were heaving sauced so one could know if the fish or meats were fresh. No chicken on the menu at all. In addition they have added a 15% facility fee which does not Cover the tip for the waiters. Not sure if I will frequent Cafe Sierra in the future.

   The service was a bit disappointing. The drinks weren't cold, and the food wasn't as good as usual. I love that place, but this time I was disappointed.

   Wonderful, friendly and accommodating staff! Food was so delicious and fresh! I love crab legs and had both cold and hot.. I enjoyed it hot better, but loved the fact that I can try both here and have as much as I wanted! The Buffett price includes your drinks alcohol and non alcohol, that was an awesome surprise for me! Thank you Cafe Sierra for friendly service and very delicious seafood and prime rib and desserts! Oh I almost forgot Roger, the guitarist your musician, while dining is absolutely great! He sets the ambience to make it complete….We’ll be back!! And shout out to Michael/Miguel… he actually sang Happy Birthday to my Brother, the reason we were there for this wonderful experience!

   Server was awesome treating my mom well i think it was micheal he was soo nice it was my moms birthday he treated her like a queen awesome server thank you for making my moms dinner an awesome dinner

   Food was great. Don’t find food this good in most buffets. Staff was amazing! Even met a staff member from my hometown in El Paso, TX. Enjoyed chatting it up with Pabel. Roger Espinoza played great tunes, adding to the amazing ambiance. Great way to celebrate our engagement!

   Went for dinner to celebrate two birthdays. It was a little warm inside as we sat by the carving station. The food was great, my family enjoyed the shellfish. I loves the mashed potatoes and beef selection along with the pasta station. I am not a big dessert person, but the desserts were AMAZING! There was a chocolate mousse cake and I think either a tres leches or tiramisu cake that was so yummy! The potstickers and dumplings were delish too, wish there was a sauce for them though. Jason was our server again(we had him for mother’s day) he was great! And all of the staff was lovely. I would go back, but maybe during brunch.

   Michael was attentive and quick with his service! Great energy, friendly service, and overall just a great experience. The only issue I had was me calling in advance on 3 different occasions speaking to Jared, plus two different women to verify the team member discount. I asked if it is only covered for the amount of people on the room or the whole bill. I was told 3 times the whole bill will be 50% off as a team member with a room reservation. When we received the billed I was informed only 6 people are covered… so I think that is something that needs to be communicated to the team. Again, I called 3 different times and spoke to 3 different people giving me the same information. 50% off for AYCE seafood is still a great deal though. We will still be back and hoping to see Michael again! (:

    Horrible buffet. Don’t waste your money here. The food was terrible and looks like it has been sitting out all day. The lobster thermador was salty and the color of the lobster meat was gray looking. For $109 per person you would think they provide better food. Never would I come back here. Very disappointed.
