Camille's, a Providence fine dining icon, has been serving the soul of Italy in the heart of Federal Hill since 1914. Our award-winning cuisine is complemented by an extensive wine list, which carries the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence. A note for first time diners: OUR DRESS CODE IS CASUAL ELEGANT.

                                                                                I’m a big fan of Camille’s on Federal Hill in Providence. I’ve eaten there several times and am never disappointed. Mind you Federal Hill is famous for its restaurants, and although I’ve tried many, Camille’s is my favorite. Ambience is smart guy speakeasy. Service is impeccable with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Food is well prepared and tasty. I had the pappardelle with bolognese sauce. I’ve had it before and it was so good that I couldn’t wait to have it again. My brother had the crab ravioli, which he loved and cleaned his plate. His wife also loved her shrimp scampi. My date ordered the sogliola alla mugnaia. It was a pretty large portion, so she was happy to give me a taste and it was incredible. Overall, Camille’s checks all the boxes and will not disappoint! Cheers!!!

                                                                                This was our first experience at Camille’s and it was amazing. We were seated in a private room and Curtis, our server, was exceptional. He explained the specials which all sounded delicious. We started with appetizers and ate calamari, squash flowers, and broccoli rabe and sausage. All tasted flavorful. We ordered the scallops special for the main dish and it did not disappoint. For dessert, we had apple cake, banana foster and a chocolate cake. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and she felt like a princess with how special dinner was. We highly recommend Camille’s because the experience was excellent.

                                                                                10/10 recommend. This was a great date night spot. we had a reservation for 5 PM and our table was ready upon arrival. It was quiet and the ambience was great service was outstanding. London was attentive and knowledgeable in every aspect of the menu. Near the end of the meal around 7 PM it started to get a little bit loud when the dining room filled up, but that is to be expected. I would definitely go back when looking for a more upscale date night place.

Arancini with short rib and delicious marinara was a highlight along with the amazing lasagna and eggplant rollatini! Great spot to celebrate a special occasion.
