    The atmosphere was very loud and noisy this time eating here. My liver and onions was very tasty,carrots delicious and mashed potatoes tasteless. Service was excellent and birthday dessert excellent

    We moved out of state 18 years ago, but each time we are back in Columbus visiting family, eating one dinner during our stay at Cap City is a must.

    Overall it was good - hubby had meatloaf and I had the walleye special. Both were a little past done- my fish was dark on the bottom- although the fish was flaky. Hubby indicated the meatloaf was a bit overdone. Still had a good time, got the chocolate cake to take home.
