   We had dinner here last night because we were staying at the hotel and didn’t feel like going out and wanted to watch the hockey game. The food and service were outstanding. My husband had the Sterling Silver steak and said it was the best steak he had ever eaten. I had the Lemon Turkey Burger which was really tasty. Enjoyed the staff who were friendly and professional. We requested no canola oil and it was done without hesitation. We’ll definitely be back!

   The beef short ribs and ribeye are perfection. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommend dinner in the lounge.

   Food was delicious and our server was absolutely lovely. We received gift cards for a wedding present and told our server. She brought us two glasses of champagne to celebrate. Definitely a wonderful experience and we will go back again.

   We have been going to Carver's since 2001 where my husband proposed to me after dinner across the street in the park. It was 24 years ago to the day of our reservation. We were treated wonderfully. Service was fantastic!! Thank you for your continued excellence! We will be back!

   Food, service, and ambiance were all great, only downside was that there was a slight draft from the vents that seemed to blow on the table and cool the food faster than I would have liked
