   Food was good but service was lacking. Server was rushing us when around and not around when we needed something. The restaurant was extremely cold. Other diners had issues and complained to the chef and manager. Customers were being turned away even though the restaurant was approximately 25% full. They must have had a lot of call ins that night. I will give them another chance since the food was good but not during a holiday.

   Had set up a birthday breakfast for my sister and noted it as special occasion birthday. Nothing special was done other than telling her happy birthday. Wish something special had been done. A balloon, some kind of table decor.. something. But the breakfast was delicious- the French toast.

   This is always a lovely experience. Broad variety of delicious food. Tables well spaces so you do not feel crowded. Reservations limited so again you are not crowded. Beautiful background music. Did not feel rushed.

   We went for the Christmas day buffet. There was a wide variety of food. I could not believe how many different options that there were. You could have everything from scrambled eggs and breakfast options up to prime rib. This is the first place I have been that makes really good dressing for turkey. I had two helping! There are fun activities for the kids, such as cookie decorating. They had a harp player. I think that they should’ve had an ensemble instead. Perhaps a band or other multiple people entertainment. She was just one lady on a gigantic stage and it looked weird. There were decorations, but there could’ve been more. Keep in mind when you go that they charge a 26% gratuity in addition to tax on your $60 per person reservation. Hope this helps!

   We had had brunch at the Omni for Thanksgiving, and decided to come back for the Christmas brunch, but liked it less. The choice of food was almost entirely identical, but did not seem to taste as good. The hummus, tabbouli, and pita bread were not very good, nor the scrambled eggs, and I was not impressed with the croissants and the hot cross buns. The turkey was good. Although there was a station for making waffles, they were not freshly made but taken off the top of a large pile, where they had sat for a while. Granted that there are not many places open on Christmas, it was an expensive meal ($218 for two) and, I think, not worth the cost.

   The Christmas buffet was extremely well done and all the food items were beautifully prepared and delicious! The wait staff and servers were friendly, professional and very accommodating. I loved the music played on the harp. Everything was lovely and we will certainly come back next year.

   This was our first time for the Christmas Brunch at the Omni Hotel in Ft Worth. We were both very impressed with the entire experience. Things went completely smoothly. Service was great. Food was top notch. Highly recommended

    Thanksgiving buffet / brunch - Just husband and I, since we had no family in town. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. At $108 per person (20% gratuity included) the value was not there for the price, imo. Turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce (no berries,) prime rib, soft tacos very good. Many of the other items were a little hard to recognize- salads, vegetables, etc.. Desserts were definitely not "traditional." Eggs made to order (did not have). Sushi available (did not have). Overall, a large variety of foods to chose from. Ice cream sundae bar looked like a hit with the kids (did not have). Coffee was barely warm, even after asking for another hotter cup. We do not drink, so cannot comment on mimosas. Overall it was a nice family atmosphere, although we were surprised to be in a large ballroom, rather than something more cozy/homey. Felt more like we were at a conference. 2:00pm reservation- a lot of empty tables. Instrumentalists playing music was beautiful. The ice sculptures were stunning. Not sure we would do it again..
