   The food at Chapeau is outstanding and the people are lovely there, but the noise level upon entry and throughout the meal was deafening. We would still highly recommend this restaurant but with a caveat for those who prefer a quieter and more intimate dining experience.

   This really is a fantastic restaurant. Outstanding food and service. My only complaint is that it's way too loud.

   Friendly owners and staff. All the food is delicious. I especially loved a special of pate en croute . Classic desserts cooked perfectly. The dining area has been updated with a more modern feel.

   The staff and the owners and chef came out to wish my cousin a happy birthday! The food was amazing. It was delicious perfectly seasoned. The staff was attentive and every time our dishes were brought to us, the staff explained the dish .Definitely, a relaxing snd perfect evening .Oh for sure please make sure to order their specialty cocktails!I had a pear martini and it was refreshing and delicious!

   As always, Ellen was was gracious and welcoming and Philippe was charming, helpful and extremely talented in managing his kitchen ! The service provided by Pascal was attentive and personal. Having lived in Belgium for 9 years, with frequent visits to France, I have never tasted escargots that compare to Philippe's !

   Chapeau never disappoints. This restaurant is a must try, then go back again and again. Has been a family favorite for a nice meal for many years. Highly recommend!

   Chapeau was a delightful experience for my husband’s birthday. Excellent service, great food and fun special cocktails. I love the Lyonnaise salad. I highly recommend it,
