   We had a wonderful dining experience at Che-Ah-Chi. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich and the French toast. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was top notch. Please give our thanks to Jordan for taking great care of us! Couldn’t think of a more idyllic place to have brunch and enjoy company with loved ones. We hope to come back and actually stay at the resort!

   Under special requests I asked for vegan cream cheese since I am allergic to dairy. When we checked in at the desk they said yes we have your request but when we went to order food our waiter said no we don’t have it. I was very disappointed since there was really nothing on the menu I could eat. Everyone else’s food was good.

   This place knocks it out of the park on all counts. When I want to choose a place to make an occasion special, this one is it! The food, the service, the surroundings are just top notch. I do wish for the old days when there was a buffet though! But I understand why sometimes they aren't practical.

   The service was extremely slow. We had to ask multiple times for water refills and for a spoon to stir our coffee. We started with the tuna tartar which was amazing! We then ordered the persimmon and burrata salad and a margarita pizza. The burrata was not good and the tomatoes in the salad were not remotely ripe (and no they were not persimmons). The pizza was extremely limp and soggy. I returned my pizza but my mom doesn’t like to complain so she kept the salad. In place of the pizza I decided to try the wagyu burger with truffle fries which was really good.

   Most amazing view and service and food. The ONLY reason we gave a 4 for food is we were expecting more of a corn chowder w lobster roll, but it was still delicious. We should have asked for salt on truffle fries. Side Salad was generous but bowl too small to distribute dressing… but overall amazing!

    Great views of the canyon. Excellent service. Good food. We came here after hiking and had the lobster roll with the corn chowder and wagyu cheeseburger. The corn chowder had fresh grilled corn. Yum. The wagyu burger was juicy and the lobster roll tasted fresh. I had the espresso martini for a picker upper and it was so good. Would have loved to come for dinner but they book quickly.
