   I took my husband to your restaurant last night to celebrate his birthday. We were both horribly disappointed by the service last night. I can honestly say I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant EVER. Our waiter was very unfriendly and did not even introduce himself or ask if we were celebrating anything he just came up and asked what we would like to drink and I asked for a menu because no one had given us menus. He disappeared for 15 mins and came back with his iPad. He disappeared again and I could not figure out how to find the cocktail menu on the iPad so I had to wait for him to come back to ask him. Approximately another 10 mins. Finally I ordered a drink and we both asked for ice waters. He never brought the water and when the manager came to check on us we had to ask him to get us water. (We were halfway through our meals before we got water.) The waiter did not explain the food situation or the prices so we finally just got up and checked out the salad bar. While we were in line a little girl opened up the rice cooker and coughed in it. Everyone in line gasped at how disgusting it was and the whole time we were there (approximately 2 hours) no one changed out the rice. We finally got the hang of the food situation and enjoyed our different meats. My husband ordered an old fashioned and when the waiter showed up it was the wrong drink but we were so tired of waiting he didn’t even feel like it was worth saying anything. The waiter disappeared for 45 mins at least even though we were clearly done with our meals and when he finally came back he brought us the check before we could even order dessert. This was my husband’s birthday! Of course we wanted dessert but at that point we were so over it and just wanted to get out of there. We were both so horribly disappointed we talked about it the whole way home. That was a birthday dinner we will never get back. Edit: the GM (very kind) called us and offered a re-do. I will update.

   Eating at Chima was a fantasic experience. We went for the first time today for my husband's birthday and he said it was the best meal he's ever had and I assure you, he has not been deprived. The food and service was overwhelmingly satisfactory. We will be enjoying Chima again for future special occasions.

   We had a wonderful family dinner. Chris R was our server. He was extremely friendly, punctual and truly the best server. The food is delicious! Would highly recommend this restaurant.

   The food is outstanding, so make sure you are hungry when you arrive. The Gauchos keep coming round and with the restaurant not being full this was quick between cuts.

   Our first experience at this kind of restaurant. We had a great time! Wonderful selection of salads. Some meats were better than others. Most were really tasty. I particularly enjoyed the beef cuts and chicken. The lamb was a little tough. We had a great pinot noir and ended with the best apple strudel ever.

   First time experiencing a Brazilian Steakhouse. Absolutely amazing. Such a good flavor. Our waiter was named Alec. Very nice, patient, and had great suggestions for us. We had a 5:15 dinnertime and didn't leave until 7:30-ish. We tried everything. By 8 pm, we had shared our experience with at least 10 people and how satisfied we were. Thank you to the entire staff.

   server was slow. perhaps too many tables assigned to her. meat had lots of fat. no butter with tbe rolls. noisy kids. the manager did comp a desert since they got behind.

    First time there and brought my 14yr old son- a friend with his family booked a separate reservation but Chima accommodated all of us as a group. Service was excellent! Food was amazing- such a nice time for a Christmas dinner! We laughed, ate and had such a great fellowship. A stress free holiday meal for the win!
