   I wish I could remember my server's name. In the midst of all that was going on meeting my family, something we hadn't done in 3 years I have forgotten. Perhaps you could check to see his name. He was above excellent. He gave us the time to talk, served our meal with expertise and really deserves praise or raise?? Please know he won two new customers, one being my sister who runs a large business and said she is now a customer. Thank you Chop House. I have been a customer since you opened this particular restaurant , and have always had great service and food.

   One of the most inviting restaurants I’ve visited. Manager brought us sample appetizers. Smoked old fashion was amazing! Food did not disappoint and the crème brûlée was amazing. A must if you have never visited.

   Ola was a great, attentive Server. She checked in to see how we were doing throughout the evening, and she provided great recommendations on food and drinks. Great job Ola.......

   All I can say about this place is that the food is good. If u want a great app get the Baria Spring Rolls. To management…Gavin is absolutely amazing!!

   The only dish that was good was the chilli shrimp. My wife's steak and lobster were undercooked. Fries were lukewarm. Spanish coffee was cold and lacked any liquer. However, the only saving grace was the outstanding service that was very caring and professional. Also worthy of note is that they removed the charge for the steak and lobster and gave us a free dessert

   Asked for medium rare and medium top sirloin , both were rare, asked for the medium to be taken back, it was taken back and cooked more but it was still rare when brought back. It’s also not good service to bring back the same steak , instead of just cooking a new. Very strange. I’ve been here before and had a great experience. Unfortunately for Valentine’s Day, it was not. The waiter was also confused when I was explaining that the steak was not medium even though he could see it was not.

   We have been to this Chop several times and this visit . as our previous visits, did not disappoint. Food was excellent, as was the service (thanks to Mark) . It was also good to see Roger and Nadia during our visit good to catch up and we plan to see you all again soon…
