   The restaurant was extremely busy as expected. We never received part of our meal until we were ready to leave after 1.5 hrs. I host customers at this location frequently so I know what the restaurant is capable of.

   The food was incredible. Everyone in our party agreed the steaks were the best we ever had — anywhere. Service was very good. The ambiance was our least favorite part … it was quite dark (low light), noisy and crowded.

   It was an extremely busy night, lots of people waiting to be seated. Hostess was friendly and upbeat, even though it was busy. We were informed they were running behind with an approximate time to be sated. I received a text and call that our table was ready, was seated quickly and treated to excellent service, great food and enjoyable time for us.

   We frequent halls and rick Erwins weekly so we know good service in Greenvile. Tonight was awful. We arrived at 6:20 for our 6:30 reservation. Our friend was 5 minutes away and we were told if we didn't sit early then we would wait over an hour. They sat two large parties near us and crammed us in with little room. I get it’s Christmas, but maybe don’t take so many reservations? The entire dinner felt rushed, yet when we wanted to order we were told the kitchens backed up. It felt like we were a giant burden. Our steak, was not good. Most of our sides were burnt. Asked for more drinks, never got them. Asked for more bread, never got it. I get our waitress was busy, but this is not what we expect for $400+ bill. Then, at the end we got cheesecake to go which I waited on, I was standing up and I got asked by 3 members of staff while I was standing there and that they needed our table. I said, waiting on our to go-cheesecake, and they were like oh well we need your table. Start to finish, awful experience. Waste of money!!!Will not recommend to anyone.

   After making reservations 3 weeks prior to our dinner, we waited 45 min past our reservation time before we were seated. At the time of checking in, we were told it would be a 10 min wait. After waiting 20 min, we were told 10 minutes. Attempted to get a drink at the bar while waiting for our table, after 11 minutes, we were never acknowledged or served by the two bartenders. We were not the only party delayed on our reservations or attempting to get a drink at the bar. Once seated, Our server did a great job but the food was sub par. I understand challenges take place in the service industry but we never felt the staff took any ownership. Chophouse needs to visit Halls Steakhouse and take away their best practices!

   I've been to many similar restaurants, but this one truly stands out. The attention to detail and commitment to guest service set it apart from the rest. This restaurant exceeded all our expectations. You do not often find a place where every element comes together so perfectly.

   Another week. Another amazing meal. Slowly becoming regulars here. Can’t say enough how good the carpaccio is. Omg. Do yourself a favor. Order TWO. Shout out to Anthony for always taking care of us. Shout out to Brooke and Angelina as well. The staff is pretty awesome. Definitely makes the night that much better. We will be back soon!

    I enjoyed the customer service of the staff. Everyone was nice. I enjoyed the dim lighting. However, it was super packed. The workers hardly had room to serve. Also, I wasn’t expecting the mashed potatoes to be instant. For it to be a high end restaurant; I was completely shocked. The food quality was very underwhelming.
