   We had a reservation at 7:45pm. But we have to wait 1 hour 10 mins (9pm) for our table. This never happened to me before. They do tell us that they are running 30 mins behind. If they told us that we have to wait 1+ hour, we would have left!

   It was Christmas day so keep this in mind. Our reservation was at 6:30, we didn’t get seated until 7:30. We kept hearing people complain about the wait times. The poor hostess was subjected to it all. She remained so professional, she deserves a raise. It was obvious why they became so behind, the manager was taking people above people waiting because they were paying, over $100 in some cases to get seated before others. WILD. When we did get seated, our waitress was so nice and attentive. The food was, eh. I mean if you are a steak house, I would assume you know how to cook a steak. Medium well was well done. The steak fries were stale. I don’t know, but for $350 for 3 people, I could have been more satisfied with room service from the hotel. And here’s one more visual for you, we were seated across the table from a couple with a newborn baby (not the issue, they deserve to go out) but they changed the baby at the table. I mean come on, they have bathrooms. No one from the restaurant said anything.

   I understand it’s holiday and they are very busy but we waited for our food for two hours ., plus we waited about 30 minutes after our reservation time and were about 15 minutes early for our reservation .

   Overall it was a nice dining experience. Tables were very close together and to walls making for a cramped feel and the lighting was very dim and too dark. It was Christmas day and very busy which made for slow service from the kitchen. The wait staff was very professional, attentive, and responsive. The food and drinks were delicious and on point. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

   I made reservations well in advance and when we got to the restaurant. The table wasn’t available until one hour after the reservation time. Poor service!

   Great food, great service, great atmosphere with the live pianist! Little busy and behind schedule because people didn’t want to leave but Martin handled the situation perfectly!

   Great food and ambiance as always but they were running way behind—we had to wait way too long for our table (with a reservation) and the food took forever. The manager however was hustling herself and doing her best to keep everything moving and everyone happy. This was a very unusual experience, and we’ll definitely be back again.

    Food is amazing. Seafood platter is always great! Hostesses and servers very attentive and personable. Kitchen was backed up. We were sat an hour after our reservation and after being sat we received our apps in a timely manner. However, we asked for the bill before our entrees even came out because we never received them an hour and a half after being seated two and a half hours after our reservation. They boxed our food any we left. Very disappointing.
