   We used to have an office holiday party every year for four consecutive years. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service significantly declined over time. The salad bar used to offer sushi, rolls, and various seafood dishes. Now, it only serves cocktail shrimp. As the business owner, I want to thank my staff for creating a festive atmosphere, but they also noticed the substantial change, even though they were invited. This might be the last year I book a party there, and I’ll have to look for other places. I’ve been a customer of this restaurant since 2004, and it’s disheartening to see their decline. Last Friday of December before Christmas used to be a bustling time, but this year, it’s not as lively.

   I have seen a drop of quality in this establishment over the last few years. Lack of menu options of sides with the main course and few other misc matters.

   Rough arrival experience. Visited for a business dinner for eight. Confirmed a round table 3 weeks in advance. Stopped in the day before in person and spoke with the hostess to confirm a round table and was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. Called day of, 45 minutes before confirmed reservation and spoke to same hostess that we are on our way. Once we arrived for the reservation, I saw everything breaking down before my eyes. Same hostess was rushing around but no rounds available. They step up a long table for us. Highly disappointed for an expensive meal. Should’ve went to our usual Fogo….. Sorry, but I will not be back.

   The best Rodizio in the tri state area by far. Food is amazing and the staff is the best in the biz.

   Good: The food was fabulous and the waiter was attentive. Bad: We had a 6:30 reservation booked months earlier, we arrived at 6:25 and didn't get seated at our table until 7:15pm. While the hostess apologized, the manager didn't show any remorse and got annoyed at me for bringing it up. The bill was not discounted and no effort was made to make it up to us. I seriously doubt we will be back, which is a shame because I've eaten here many times before.

   Nice place to visit. The waiters were extremely disorganized. We had four different people that showed up at our table and none of them knew what was happening. No drink menu when we sat down. One guys asked "do you know how this works?", then we never saw him again. One guy took the drink order, never saw him again either. The maitre d had to get our desert and check. Never saw him again, and some other guy picked up our check and did the charge. Theres' better in NYC for the money.

   The meat and salad bar area food are SO good! Dessert was also delicious. Sides are just ok. Unfortunately, they were a little over 30 minutes late giving us our reservation table. And it was often hard to flag down our waitress for questions/specific orders.
