Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana,"and fresh seafood specialties. Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax outdoors on our patio, or inside our Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365 days a year, including all holidays.

    We had a reservation for 7 on Thanksgiving and everything was wonderful. We were seated within 10 minutes of getting there . Our waiter Robert was great . We had 2 children with us so it was important that our drinks and food came out quickly and it did . The food was wonderful and it was a very nice atmosphere. We would definitely return . Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving.

    Wonderful and reasonably priced Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Very busy but prompt excellent service. Soups, salad, Red and sparkling Sangria, speciality coffees, and key lime pie all also excellent.

    Columbia is the heart and soul of Sarasota and St. Armandt Circle. It's been there over 50 years and for me it's like going home. The 1905 salad is so wonderful the black bean soup, Cuban sandwich, chicken and yellow rice, paella and so much more oh when the yellow rice, I always love that. It's something different and everyone loves it. I call it the Joe's of Miami Beach - it's the only restaurant in town that they lineup and wait to get into! ❤️🎈🌴

    Food was an incredible value and delicious….. table was small for four and waitress put all the plates at the same time and they didn’t fit it was awkward food almost in our lap.

    Loved the Columbia as always! We went on Thanksgiving, so it was a bit noisy in the restaurant - but that's to be expected. Our server Haleigh was great and the food was delicious!!

    A classics restaurant that has come back from the recent hurricanes better than ever. One minor complaint, they removed my favorite meal from the menu, fish al a Russia.
