Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

Columbia never fails to disappoint! This is our 10th year of consecutively viewing the nights of lights. We always go to Columbia. We had the crab croquettes and shrimp Al ajillo for appetizers. For the mains. We had the grouper jimmy and stuffed grouper. Everything was on point!

Unbelievably busy over a holiday weekend, and the staff's ability to manage the chaos was in itself remarkable. We were seated promptly for our reservation and were grateful to be in a little oasis in a corner. Carla, our server, had drink and meal recommendations that were spot on for my wife who appreciates sincere recommendations on staff favorites. While we clearly didn't see Columbia at their very best simply because of the volume of people, we did see them do their very best given those circumstances. Wait times were a little long, and perhaps not as quick coming from kitchen as hot as normally expected, but again small things guven the crowds. Our meals were delicious all the same, and our cocktails were perfect. Can't say enough about server Carla who managed humor, a smile, and real professionalism despite an incredibly busy floor. Also kudos to the front of house staff for efficiently managing the lobby. We were very surprised at how few people were in the lobby waiting, a sign of good people working that important role.

We have A great experience they may need to put some music while your eating instead of hearing bees in the air because that's how it sounds when there are only people talking, then the music neutralizes it.

Although we ran 15 min late getting to the restaurant for our reservation, they had no problem honoring our time. We were seated immediately upon our arrival. Food and service were fantastic. Will definitely come back on our next trip to St Augustine.

Visited for lunch during nights of lights. We made reservations in advance and they were no longer taking walk ins. The restaurant is historical and beautiful, the food is average. I ordered a cocktail With vodka, muddled with strawberries and basil which I sent back as it was very strong and the basil was overkill, tasted like pure basil. We had the 1905 salad- good but strong in the garlic and dressing. We also had shrimp and yellow rice and the shrimp supreme. The portions are very large, we only ate a quarter of one food and agreed we should have just shared one dish. The rice was ok, not that flavorful. The service was efficient and attentive.. I would highly recommend for the experience but I likely would not visit again.

We always love coming back to the Columbia restaurant. Great food and always terrific service. Cherrie was our server this time and even though it was very busy, she was very attentive, our orders were correct, and she is an excellent server. We will be back again as soon as we can.
