The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    We have eaten here many times. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the taste of our food. Their eggplant dish was fantastic. We were disappointed with two aspects of our dinner. All food was mildly warm. We did not send any of it back knowing they would microwave it, this changes the texture. The table side salad was not made by a waiter, not sure what he was. No preparation was explained as usual. At the end of the meal we spoke to the waiter about our concerns. He did explain that there was a change in shifts and we got caught in the middle, he wasn’t sure who made the salad.

    I’m 57 years old. I’ve been dining at the Colombia restaurant since I was a small child. It’s beauty and elegance has never waved. The food was delicious. The wine was delicious and the ambience was exactly what I expected it to be. Damn near perfect.

    Both appetizers were disappointing. Both were recommended by server. Tasted as if were frozen then thawed and microwaved. However the rest of the meal was great as expected.

    We took friends for a first time intro to the Columbia and it surpassed all expectations. Our server Paul was outstanding. We all ordered different entrees and we were all extremely happy with our food. I have always found their food and service to be consistently excellent. We look forward to our next visit.
