   Excellent as usual. I noted that we were celebrating a birthday when I made the reservation and they brought a card and free dessert with candle. That kind of attention to the details makes a big difference. Thank you!

   Courtney our waitress was phenomenal. From the moment we sat down until the we got up from our seat she took care of us like we were family. Straight forward and always gave us her opinion. I had the stuff grouper and we had shrimp to die for. If we come back to the Columbia Restaurant definitely going to ask if she’s working. Best dinner experience in a long time.

   Waitress Mio was amazing. Food was incredible, empanadas, croquettes, and manchego pollo was incredible. Wonderful experience!

   Too crowded, too loud, tourist trap. My fish entree was Raw so I sent it back. Very disappointed:(.

   Our experience at Colombia was fantastic! We were celebrating my dad’s birthday and we had requested a table in the room with the piano. Not only did we get us a table in the piano room, they gave us the best seat in the house next to it! Our waiter James was fantastic, he was quick with service and very knowledgeable. My parents and I shared 3 tapas which was just enough for us to have room for dessert. Everything was great and the service was wonderful! Definitely will go back! Thank you!

   Dining at The Columbia in Ybor City is an annual experience I look forward to. It’s such a beautiful venue. The sangria table service was nice and food very good. One negative was my friend’s dish seemed to have a lot of oil on the plate, however she didn’t question it. The waiter seemed very much in a hurry, moving between a lot of tables to meet everyone’s needs. There were noisy children at the table next to us, but not the restaurant’s fault. Parents just don’t teach children how to act in a nice restaurant. I’ll definitely be back.
