   The Columbia has great ambiance, amazing food, friendly hosts, and attentive waitstaff. It's our favorite restaurant to meet friends at in Ybor.

   This can not be missed ! Just being there and looking around at every different room was enough to entertain us. But the food was unbelievable and the prices were shocking in the best way . Completely reasonable but far superior. Our server had a beautiful personality and made sure we felt welcomed. I loved every minute of it and bought the cookbook to try some of the other recipes back home .

   Our waitress was so personable and wonderful. While the wait for the food was a little long, it was well worth it because of the quality. We had empanadas and croquettas for our tapas, and the three of us had the sampler plate which my son thought was awesome; the half Cuban and half salad which my daughter loved; and the mahi Cuban sandwich, which was divine. We all adored the salad! And we shared desserts of Keylime pie and flan, both of which were incredible. We noticed, and heard several other tables comment on this, that there was an occasional sewer type odor coming from the men’s room near our table, and that was unfortunate.

   A great experience. The food and service were great. We especially loved the flamenco dancers.

   We enjoyed visiting again last night. We go to one of three locations each year. The food was fabulous and there is always something new to try. I almost always get the 1905 Salad so I’m in a wonderful rut. I’ve purchased the cookbook and the salad dressing so I am able to manage the rest of the year! Although I love the open air experience on Water St., I love the charm of the Ybor location. Being among so much history makes it a special occasion.
