The best brunch in Delaware, by far!!! We love it there and an added bonus of Santa this year! Great service! The music volume was way too loud though!

Arrogant cauliflower was too spicey. We’ve had this dish before and the spice level is inconsistent. Wine was delish, main dish (salmon) was also yummy. Service was solid.

An A+ treat for our first Thanksgiving ‘out’ at a restaurant! We always look forward to Columbus Inn’s consistently excellent food prep & creative use of fresh ingredients. Flavor surprises abounded in each & every course of this traditional family style Thanksgiving. Kudos to the owner, chef & servers (Cassidy was excellent), for combining the warmth & traditions of a family Thanksgiving meal with wonderfully-flavored upgrades to well-known dishes.(green bean casserole, butternut squash soup). To cap it off, the holiday tradition of ‘taking home leftovers’ was an extra little surprise, enabled by all the generous family style portions during our meal! Thank-you!

We have been coming to the Inn for over 35 years..We sat in the outside patio, which was covered and heated..however, black ash of some sort kept falling on the table and it smudged so we had to have our dishes replaced and probably have to have our clothes laundered.We did tell the waiter… The food was excellent. the service was excellent, although one of the service staff brought a teaspoon instead of a soup spoon for my bowl of soup… There was an usually long delay between the first course of salad and shrimp and dinner… and a less long delay before dessert..but still too long..and we didn’t have utensils when it finally came.. All in all the food at Columbus Inn was pretty terrific as usual, but we probably won’t be sitting on the covered outside patio ever again… It did appear as if they might have overbooked… Which is disappointing for this event…much too long between couses
