   Stellar experience as always. Sophia was absolutely fantastic. So attentive and all around pleasure. After having gone to the Vaughan location (which was good) there is just something about the Niagara location. It’s more an experience than just a steak house. Can’t wait till next year. It’s our new tradition to celebrate the new year!

   I understand it was new years but service was incredibly slow and it would take over 30 minutes for a drink to show up. I feel sorry for those who paid for the unlimited drinks as they wouldn't have gotten their money's worth with how long it took to get a single drink

   Unfortunately, the experience was horrible, especially yesterday on New Year’s Eve. I called by phone to check if they had parking, and they said yes, explaining what I needed to do. However, when I arrived, I was late for the reservation because the parking lot was closed. They didn’t have parking, and they even reduced the dinner hours. The service was poorly organized; they repeatedly served the same items to the table, and if we hadn’t asked for the pineapple, they wouldn’t have brought it at all. This was the first and last time at this restaurant. I do not recommend it.

   We have experienced dining at the copa in the past and it was very good however, I think this new dining experience has made it even better. We celebrated New Year’s Eve, the shuttle/parking experience was a bit chaotic, I wish they would have rented out the parking lot next-door and that would’ve made it easier because it was completely vacant. Apart from the Parking experience, it was excellent from the food to the dancing to the ambience. Overall I would go back & certainly recommend to friends . Initially securing the reservations was a bit of a challenge because we were assured it was a two hour window and then we receive text messages two hours before indicating it’s gone down to 90 minutes however after the experience, 90 minutes is even more than enough. the servers were excellent and very professional and very pleasant.

   Been to Copa so many times and I have to say I was very disappointed this visit. Not only we paid more because it was new years eve but the service was bad. The meat is not the same no more, they came around and I told them several times the meat was very raw. Not just bloody and red it was raw. I saved it on my plate to show the staff. Kids barely ate. We also requested for them to circle around with the different types instead we kept getting the same 3 meats. They kept coming out with shrimp and not making it pass the same three tables... Ordered espresso no sugar came with it, requests for sugar and that took forever, when the sugar came we had no spoon. We just gave up and asked for the bill.
