   Everything was amazing. Only thing I didn’t like was when I booked the reservation, the website said there would be dancers every hour for entertainment however they change that to some singer

   It took so long for them to bring all the food, and all the service was a little slow. The only service that was really great. Was the bar service for delivering the drinks and also the side drink side plates that you order through your phone but the rest of the service was super slow, and we had to speak to the manager for getting some consideration. Also, at the end we missed a lot of meats that we didn’t have, but because we fulfilled our two hour seat limit we had to leave, but in general three out of five It is worth trying once, but I don’t recommend it trying it twice or more

   Servers with the meats didn’t come around enough, skipped us a lot didn’t get to try a lot of the food. Very polite people, just for the price you pay you hope to try everything

   Very cold as we were seating beside the bar and they barely brought us any food after constantly asking for it but still didn’t get it. I noticed when you are not sitting in the main floor don’t get steak often. Horrible experience as we were not even full but just gave you and decided to get the dessert rather thank keep waiting any longer. We won’t be going back to take the risk to be sitting somewhere else that is not the main floor and not get enough food.

   Overall it was incredible but. After the first Cheddar Beef they Went 20 mins without any Meats-Rodizio being brought around. Not all the Rodizio was brought to our table. We had to ask multiple times.

   Usually a very good experience. I think it was just to busy on valentines day that it was hard for them to keep up with service.

    I understand it was Valentine's Day and you have more patrons than usual. But if you are going to charge $75/person servers cannot leave a table unattended for 20 minutes
