   Hello, I must say I am a regular customer and love the food but I am a bit disappointed on how the dessert menu keeps shrinking each time I go back.

   Worst experience ever! This is not a “Brazilian steak house”. Food was horrible: beans from can, farofa from a bag served on a small plastic bowl, not even the music was Brazilian. It was a waste of my time and my money!

   Unless you have time to waste don’t come here. They will seat you down and you’ll have to wait at least 7-15 minutes for someone to come by and give you literally a sliver of food. They will walk past you without offering food while your left to eat your cold appetizers waiting for the main course to come around. Drinks were good but it would’ve been better if it was actually paired with a proper dinner. I felt like I was begging for more food on my plate cause I was done in 2 bites.

   There was a lack of variety of meats. I'd be happy to never see another steak with cheese in my life. No chicken hearts, little chicken at all and chicken served was under cooked with blood at the bone. Usually a Brazlian Rodizio has potato salads, pasta salads,farofa etc. Our side dishes only came out once and incomplete. I asked and was told to reorder. Reodering them made no difference. The service was great however and appreciated. I would not return to Copa Cabana.

   We had a booth for 5 people it was nice I recommend not taking the corner booths as you can't see the dancers very well. A booth in the middle is ideal. The sides come like individual servings but we were still able to get 3 servings out of 1 it depends on how much each person is taking. The meat comes regularly so I don't recommend getting too much sides so you get a chance to try everything. If you need well done meat, you will be waiting a long time most meat is served medium. Food is delicious ambience is nice it is higher priced than a regularly buffet but I find it worth it.

   Exceptional service all the meat carvers were extremely polite and Anastasia was the best host! Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our experience!

   If you are looking for an authentic Brazilian cuisine experience, you should skip this place. They made lots of adjustments to cater to Canadians taste buds instead of inviting us into exploring true Brazilian food in a creative way. But if you want to go to watch a three minutes show from Brazilian dancers, then it’s the right place for you.

    Great food, very lively atmosphere. Service was a bit slow but to be expected with such a busy restaurant during this time of the year.
