   Honestly I was so unimpressed at this Coppa Cabanna.. I was in Vaughan for a work trip and took a client to your location in Vaughan and they were super unimpressed at your service after I had talked your restaurant out my butt for the last 3 days convincing them they needed to come. We arrived and everything was alright, our server was great at the beginning she came back a couple times but our client was late and she was super dismissive of us after they arrived late although we did warn her. We personally enjoy the service of fine dining and were expecting that we could at least ask our server for our next drink recommendations or food and she was just not around during service. We then asked our server and 4.. maybe 5.. of the meat guys for the pineapple.. 5/6 people we had to ask and make a stink about this pineapple. I’m telling you the same meat guy we asked 3 times to just bring the pineapple so we could all try it and eat it for desert and leave… literally 30 minutes of us being asked you want this meat? With response “no thank you just the pineapple we asked for before” and then watching the same server bring pineapple to literally every other table MULTIPLE times before bringing one stick over that had 2 pieces left… leaving us to divide the 2 pieces amongst 4 and waiting for a new one. Working in hospitality for most of my career you do expect and understand that asking once sometimes isn’t enough because we are humans and we do forget and I totally understand but we did raise a complaint and nothing was said and nothing was done. The cherry on the pie.. they bring us our receipt with a %18 automatic gratuity.. you bet I asked for that to be taken off. My food was yes indeed AMAZING as always but I was one embarrassed by your staff and servers and embarrassed that I had spoken so highly of you from my past experience at your NIAGARA location. Overall I think you should mirror the business of Niagara because your service was lacking.

   Came here for my mom’s 60th and was seated horribly at an isolated area, but the hostess was kind to help move our party to the main floor where it was much better. The volume was loud, other than that it was fun and my mom and party had a great time. I think since it was Saturday it was really busy and hard for the guys with the meat to make their rounds to our table. And it felt that the server wanted us out fast even though you are entitled to 2 hours. The dancers were the best part of the experience for sure. The food was good, whenever it did come. As well I explained to the server it was my mom’s birthday and they tried to add her meal to the bill when it should be free, we got that corrected but just make sure you check your bills!

   Was ok. Meat service was slow and the cuts weren’t as expected. We’ve been to copa cabana before at the Toronto downtown location and it was a much better experience. We barely got to see the entertainment (dancers) as our table was near the bar and they basically walked passed us. Unfortunate experience given the cost.

   Where to start. You go there to have your options of meat yet we were offered the same 4 meats until you asked, had to ask for bread. Then my husband paid and left, I waited for my daughter who was using the washroom and then they told me he shorted them on the bill so paid another $10! He said he originally counted it with the waiter and the waiter offered him change. Then all of a sudden it’s short!!!

   Food is always delicious and that is why we go there. However, service sucks. We only saw 4 meats the whole night. You ask them to bring something specific it takes 20 mins. My friend was served a drink with a big crack in the glass. The manager happened to walk by so we let them know. He brings him a new drink and does not even comp it! A glass of coke.

   It was a great time Waitress was attentive and changed our plate when need and asked if us if anything we needed many times. Meat service was often and we were asked if there was a certain type of meat that we wanted more of before we finished our meal Thank you

   The taste of the food is amazing. Unfortunately they just don’t bring around the good stuff enough. We got offered chicken 3+ times but the braised ribs only once at the end, after asking multiple people to bring it over. I just wish for $75 - I was getting more quality/variety of meats in the rotation.
