Meh…was an OK experience. Menu is somewhat limited especially on the appetizer side. $18 for four chicken satay wontons or something was not really worth the price. 2 different menus presented (incorrect one was removed from the table). However, the Braised Short-rib was delicious. * Be cautious of the raised stones within the landscape when walking to/from the rest rooms. Somewhat of a tripping hazard.

The bartenders are VERY generous with their pours. The food was amazing and the patio vibe was just what we needed.

I made this reservation over 2 months in advance, excited to finally eat at a restaurant we’d been eyeing for years. Having it on both Thanksgiving and our anniversary built the excitement even more. Regarding the experience — it was apparent that the staff were not equipped for the volume of holiday clientele. I wouldn’t count it against our server for being overworked, but our table was checked on once every 30 minutes due to the chaos and overpacking of patrons. With regards to the food, I could not be more disappointed. The turkey dinner appeared to be, for lack of a better term, retirement home food. The quality was subpar, and I could not taste any flavor or texture in the mush that was my stuff, potatoes, or turkey. I was so shocked that I quickly asked for the check to exit the premises as I couldn’t believe this was the meal I had been anticipating for months. Again, this does not fall to my server, however I was utterly appalled at the quality of food for such a highly rated restaurant. Poor quality and service, coupled with the overpriced menu, left us extremely disappointed. I don’t not plan on dining in again.

For the number of people at Copley's on Thanksgiving, the staff did an outstanding job. I didn;t see a frown on any of their faces. The volume of patrons gave a different "vibe" to the ambiance. Bt given all the circumstances, the staff did a marvelous job creating a pleasant experience for all. THANK YOU1

Preset Thanksgiving portions were too small to justify the price. None of the starters offered were dairy-free, which would be fine if an alternate dressing was offered, but I was provided with olive oil. The sides for the entrees were literally the size of a small ice cream scoop. The desserts were were a half of a slice of pecan pie and a 2 x 2 inch square of pumpkin pie. For two people, with mandatory gratuity, it was $250. I left hungry. The ambience is nice enough, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for Thanksgiving.

The food selection was on a set menu for Thanksgiving. The selection offered for appetizers, entrees and desert was very broad in each category. My wife went with the traditional meal of turkey and all the fixings. I had a grilled NY steak. Both of our meals were excellent. Add on excellent service and you have a great experience.
