Gorgeous food in a tasteful setting (lovely crockery), felt very private, great if you're not up for bumping into people you know. Not cheap, but not too wild prices either (total bill £120 for two ppl) - we had a bottle of vinho verde for £25, and you could skip cocktails (we got classic martinis) or pudding if you want to keep the price down, although as someone who normally passes on dessert, I was really impressed with the ice cream.

Absolutely loved the place. Small room with a great buzz. Lovely service and great selection of food on a small menu accompanied by some great wines. Selection of started and mains are great tasting. Advised that everything is for sharing but take that advice cautiously. You can’t really share a brioche bun amongst three people!

Nice dining room. Our bread had a long hair in one of the slices and the gluten free bread was just two slices of partially toasted bread that looked shop bought. The main dishes were fine but the flavours were a bit bland, perhaps due to ingredients not being up to standard - for example the buratta with figs, the cheese wasn't creamy and fruit bland. The sole with gnocchi and mushrooms, however, was fantastic.

We had diner at Corner Room restaurant and we chose 5 courses tasting menu which was very disappointing.. Portions are very small not worth at all even for £39.. Croquettes were a pub style two small bites with no garnish.. Prawns risotto was a joke imagine table spoon of risotto and 4 extra small srimp on a top... Lamb came as a two small chops with aubergine puree and raw radish.. taste was bitter and flavourless... Almond gazpacho soup was fabulous and portion size was good. Custard with poached plums and crumbs was okay but not my cup of tea..

Best value for money that I´ve experienced in this part of London for a very long time. Food was excellent quality and creative. Service was also outstanding. The building is very well preserved. In summary, we had an outstanding evening

Food was good and outstanding value for money using the 50% discount from the Code Hospitality app. Drinks list was concise whilst allowing for enough choice. Service was attentive throughout the meal. Only negatives were poor signage to the restaurant within the hotel and no one being on the host stand.

Netter, etwas unbeholfener Service. Hervorragende Küche zu kleinem Preis.

It’s a beautiful restaurant and was quite quiet when we went. The almond gazpacho was incredible as was the smoked eel. Inventive and surprising dishes- i’d go back just for the soup probably
