Nestled amidst the ancient, moss draped oaks in Harbour Town, CQ's combines great fun, fine dining and a touch of Hilton Head Island history. CQ's has the feeling of an old, cozy, and comfortable inn. Heart-of-pine floors, wooden mantle pieces, stained glass, and the photographs and memorabilia of the Lowcountry culture all contribute to the charm that has made CQ's the place to dine since 1973. Inspired by the abundant varieties of fresh seafood, beef and game available. Our chef creates dishes that are best described as contemporary American with classic influences. Recognized for having the most extensive wine list on Hilton Head Island, CQ's offers more than 400 wine selections with over 70 poured by the glass.

We each ordered a different first course and entree, and all were superb! My husband and I had eaten at CQ’s once before many years ago. Loved it then, and loved it yet again. CQ’s has moved to the top of the list as our favorite dining experience in Hilton Head!

                                                                                                                        Upstairs seating at a small table with a service door constantly disrupting us created a miserable experience. Food was good but low end items on the menu made for difficult choices. Why not a better cut of steak? We expected more from this restaurant for Thanksgiving. It did not present itself as a high end restaurant. We’re in Hilton Head usually 3 times a year, and this is our first impression of CQs. Our server, Ava, was excellent and knew we weren’t happy. She made efforts to attempt to please us.

Not much bang for your buck. $39.00 for one small scoop of mashed potatoes, one small scoop of stuffing, not my idea of a Thanksgiving meal. Turkey portion was right on but, something was off with the turkey, it looked too perfect to not be processed. Small amount of gravy and cranberry sauce. Table next to us asked for more gravy, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes 🤣 The apple tart should have been served warm not “refrigerator” cold,

                                                                                                                        We always find eating Thanksgiving dinner at CQ's a memorable experience. The food is the main attraction-- we love the traditional turkey dinner, but some in our party prefer other options and there are plenty of them to satisfy everyone. The venue is homey and charming, so very appropriate for this meal. The staff is friendly and welcoming but also very professional, making for a thoroughly satisfying event.

Food was interesting and delicious and with excellent service. This place is warm and friendly with great cuisine. Our daughter is a Chef and she gave it very high marks.
