The resort’s main dining room for years, the Crystal Room offers delectable cuisine, all wrapped in an elegant, upscale and traditional ambiance.

The Crystal Room will create a memorable experience by introducing our guests and local patrons to the infusion of local and regional flavors masterfully showcased by our exhibition kitchen.


The culinary experience will provide simply stated but elegant cuisine that constantly evolves throughout each season using local and organic ingredients presented in unique ways, but with familiar flavors.

Our Executive Chef continuously seeks out local and regional partnerships and features farm-to-table fresh products from family farms, ranches and fisheries across our region.

    Our experience from the moment we were seated at our table was wonderful! We had the most delightful server, Natalie, she was so helpful, and so very friendly !! We will definitely be back to dine, and would request Natalie as our server again!!

    A visit to Bedford Springs would not be complete without dining here. Wonderful although limited menu. Classy atmosphere and service. Scallops and pork entrees were superb, and salads were creative and beautiful. And then there is Stephen — the friendliest and most efficient waiter anywhere.

    Beef medallions and rainbow trout were phenomenal. All the food was great. Service was perfect. Really enjoyed the experience!

    The staff is wonderful and the dining room is beautiful. The food is average and the prices are a bit high. Breakfast is much much better than dinner.

    Exceptional dining experience. Service was excellent. I had the trout. It was cooked maybe 30 seconds too long, but it was in no way dry. Parsnip puree was perfect, and I don’t even like parsnips! The oysters Rockefeller was good but there were only 4 of them and a piece of shell at a $22 price point. The cocktails were also expensive (over $20 each) and nothing overly exciting-above average but not commensurate with cost. Overall, would absolutely dine here again.

    Great dinner the menu offering was perfect with selections to meet most any diners desire. The open kitchen is nice you can see the hustle and bustle as they work on your dinner. Great evening

    My experience was average. The food was good, but my steak was super rare, I asked for medium rare, the mash potatoes presented was like from a cafeteria, and they lacked salt and were room temperature. The waiter tried his best but he was young and inexperienced. Overall, I’m glad I tried it but I wouldn’t go back. The hotel on the other hand is beautiful.
